How we look after your data
Your family’s shares are private. Here is exactly what we keep, what we don’t, and how to take it all away.
What we keep
- Your email address, to send sign-in codes
- Each person you add: their name, and if you give them, their relation, BOID, DP and broker number
- Their shares: each purchase, sale, bonus, right and merger, broker trades, and Mero Share’s WACC report lines
- The name of each file you import, so you can see and undo an import
What we don’t
- No passwords: we never ask for Mero Share or TMS passwords, and you don’t have one with us
- Not the files themselves: we read the rows and keep those
- No ads, no analytics and no trackers
- We don’t sell or share your data with anyone
Signing in
You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email. Your browser keeps a sign-in token; you can sign out every device at once from your account. Chart settings are kept only on your device.
Taking it away
From your account you can download everything we keep as one file, or delete your account and everything in it. Deleting can’t be undone.
